I take appointments between the following hours:
- Monday: 12:30 PM - 4:00 PM
- Tuesday: 9:30 AM - 3:00 PM
- Wednesday: Closed
- Thursday: 8:15AM - 1:30 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Saturday: Closed
- Sunday: Closed

New Clients
New clients: please arrive a few minutes early to fill out an intake form. Or you can download the New Client Information Form and bring it in filled out.
Same Day Appointments and Email Access
I do read my email every day, usually very early in the morning (around 5:00 AM). Feel free to email me at info@joancolemassage.com. Please include your phone number in your email. Note that I don't read email while I'm massaging, so please phone if you are trying to get an appointment sooner than 24 hours out. If you try to email, I might not see your emailed request until the following day, when it's too late. Lately, I've been filling most of my slots a week or more in advance, so I can't guarantee a time will be available on the same day, but if you phone, it's often possible to squeeze in a short appointment to tide you over until a longer opening is available.
Standing Appointments
I also offer standing appointments if you book at least biweekly, and a good portion of my clientele takes advantage of this, enjoying the convenience of having the same day and time each week. We can book these in person at your next appointment.
