My practice is located inside of Studio Helix. Our address is 324 N. Neil Street, which is right in the heart of downtown Champaign.
We are on Neil Street between Main and Washington (in the block that contains Big Grove Tavern and the Orpheum Children's Museum). M2 is across the street from us.
We are the storefront between Meyer Drapery Center and Kofusion, and the only gym on the block.

Directions to downtown
There are a significant number of one-way streets, including Neil Street.
If traveling east on University (such as if you exited from I-57 or I-72), you will turn left on Walnut, and left again on Washington. The entrance to the metered parking lot in front of us will be on your left - it is the "Neil and Washington parking lot".
If you are traveling south on Neil (such as if you took the Neil street exit from I-74), turn left when you get to Washington to pull into our lot - the "Neil and Washington parking lot" will be on your right.
There is also covered parking that can be paid for by credit card at the Hill Street Parking Deck, just a block away from our location, on the corner of Hill and Randolph.
The lot in front of Studio Helix takes payment through coins or the smartphone Mobile Meter app.
